Hatco’s Glo-Ray Designer Heated Display Case combines a thermostatically controlled heated base and infrared overhead heating to hold hot foods at safe serving temperatures for extended periods of time.

  • Features Hatco-exclusive cool base construction which minimizes heat transfer, keeping the exterior base cool
  • Base surface temperature can be adjusted from 38C to 93C and the relative humidity can be adjusted from 10 to 30%
  • Shatter resistant incandescent light illuminate the holding area while safeguarding foods from bulb breakage
